Join us for an engaging conversation with Prof. Johanna Mair and Prof. Emily Block, leading scholars in social innovations and business in developing contexts. They are visiting Kyrgyzstan in the framework of the EU-funded SoEco4Dev Marie-Curie Sklodowska Action project of Dr Nazik Beishenaly and Prof Johanna Mair on how social economy organizations impact development and democracy in Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. We’ll be delving into the fascinating world of creativity, innovation, and social impact, with a special focus on Kyrgyzstan’s burgeoning creative industries.
ololo is a trailblazer in promoting creative ventures in Kyrgyzstan, is spearheading efforts to establish the Association of Creative Industries and advocate for the Law on Creative Industries. We’re thrilled to host dialogue on how creative enterprises can drive innovation and scale up their impact.
During the meeting we will discuss such questions as:
🔸 How can creative enterprises produce innovations and scale them up?
🔸 What organizational structures and leadership styles are best suited for capturing the impact creation logic?
🔸 How can we sustain and institutionalize impact creation in countries like Kyrgyzstan?
+ How businesses can grow in challenging environments and connect with international markets?
But that’s not all! Following the conversation, we’ll dive into interactive workshops where participants will learn effective strategies for group discussion and collaboration while also contributing to the SoEco4Dev research outcomes.
The moderator will be Mr.Daniar Amanaliev, co-founder and band master of ololo group, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Park of Creative Industries (PCI) Kyrgyzstan.
